The apartments are probably a good bet if we want to find out how the average citizen was living. As opposed to people in power like Wayne and Shinra.

[ They still haven't confirmed with any confidence that Wayne and Shinra actually were or are in power here, but with Riz already tacking his notes onto the wall, the conspiracies are well underway. Normally, Adaine would at least try to gently dissuade Riz off of the path of paranoia, but now? She's fairly paranoid herself, and she doesn't think anyone could blame her for feeling that way. ]
