Does Amy look a little strange? Sure. Definitely unlike anything Fabian has seen, and Fabian has seen many different things in his life by now.

But maybe it's exactly because he has seen so much that he doesn't really sweat the way the other looks so clearly not human. It's not like Fabian is fully human either with his very long pointy ears. So despite Amy being a stranger, and the young man being unsure what she is, he just grins at her all the same.
