Moira and Xavier seemed to be afraid of him for that reason. How unstable he could become when emotionally compromised. Control is the name of the game when it comes to others like them and the things they can do, but that control should come from him and not at the hands or manipulation of anyone else. He just... needs to get better at it. Think first rather than react in the heat of the moment.
