( unlike most of the people brought here from etraya originally, inara is one of the new arrivals and was lucky enough to be brought in wearing one of her most fanciest articles of clothing. granted that she was an ambassador and one of the more higher-end companions, all of her clothes were on the higher end regardless. of course that meant she stood out amongst the crowd but she wasn't the only one—
with his rather flippant way of avoiding any and all questions, she was intrigued by him. so when the dancing began, inara sauntered her way through the crowds of people, long black curls wafting in the air before she finally made it towards him.
regardless of his words, she was quick to take his hands into her own [soft yet commanding], big doe eyes looking up at him as she worked harder than ever before to charm someone who wasn't even going to be a client of hers.
