That depends on how you define a 'regular god.' [Accelerator, also an atheist, looks a bit exasperated at the thought of defining gods.] From what I understand, Magic Gods were humans who ascended to godhood. That still makes them sound like normal people, but if you're familiar with mythology you'd recognize them. Odin, Nepthys - the names you'd hear and assume they've always been divine or whatever, they're Magic Gods. I don't really know how all of that works, since the person who could explain it isn't here. I'm guessing they'd be on par with a theoretical Level 6 esper.
