( frankly, his words terrify her. his movements, the twitch of his lips as he shifts from one menacing mood to the next. it all made her feel a sense of dread and anxiety in the pits of her stomach. despite the fact that the other world wasn't here, and she couldn't summon it if she tried [and she hadn't], he seemed to embody the fear that came with it. if there was one thing vincent was, well it was magnetizing. he had a strange ability to be both sane and insane in heather's eyes.

he was lucky really, she was possessed by feelings and emotions outside of her control. if it wasn't for the food, well she would have been arguing with him and calling him out by now. questioning how he could be so cold and cruel about the people who raised him. then again maybe that's why he was so warped-
